The Best New York Crumb Cake

Definitely a very good cheesecake! My husband says the crust tastes like a sugar cookie! :) I didn't have heavy whipping cream laying around, so I looked up on google some substitutes for heavy whipping cream, and found out that sour cream is fermented whipping cream. Well by golly...So I just used sour cream, and it turned out great!

1 large egg
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 + ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup packed light-brown sugar
1 + ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup (16 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
confectioners' sugar, for dusting
