Salted Caramel Fudgy Brownies

These was so delish! I left off the toffee chips because my husband don't like toffee I also added the chocolate chips to the batter instead of the caramels. I tend to have a bad issues with them always ending up on the bottom of the pan. Then scrapping them out and having holes in the bottom of the brownies. Now this may not happen just letting you know why I swapped the chocolate chips for the caramels on top before baking. Then added a extra drizzle of caramel on top with the fudge. I will be making these again!


Salted Caramel Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt divided
1/2 cup caramel sauce use the recipe from this post, or purchase jarred

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line bottom and sides of 9" square pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, stir together flour, cocoa powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
