Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers (low-carb)

I made this tonight and it was so delicious! This recipe will definitely be going into our regular dinner rotation! I love everything about these, and they are so easy to make.


Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers (low-carb)

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 green bell peppers
  • 1 pound Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 pound Beef; sliced into thin strips
  • 12 slices Provolone Cheese
  • Oil; for cooking
  • Salt & Pepper; to taste


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Clean out the inside of the peppers; you can use peppers of any color. In an oiled skillet,  cook mushrooms, onion and steak.
  2. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
